Programs

Iron Traks offers a range of programs and services tailored to meet the diverse needs of disadvantaged women. These include educational initiatives, health and wellness programs, cultural enrichment activities, and recreational opportunities.

Women’s Pathways Project:

To address the critical need for accessible, safe and culturally appropriate support for young women aged 14 – 25 years to engage in sport as a career pathway. The Women’s Pathways Project will provide coaching, mentoring and practical supports to enable young women to engage in their chosen sporting career and have access to the physical, emotional and financial supports required to ensure they succeed. The primary intended beneficiaries are for young women who would likely be unable to pursue a professional sporting career without the provided support.

Career Pathways:

This program creates a space for young women to engage in collaborative programs working with Defence and Emergency Services to provide practical pathways and network connections to assist increased representation of diversity and ensure future employment pathways.

Empowerment Days:

The Women’s Empowerment Program exists to address the critical need for accessible, safe, and culturally appropriate positive female role models for young women aged 12-18 years. It aims to provide essential guidance and support to young women, fostering a secure and relatable mentorship through discussion and physical activities.
